Abstract:

The article describes a project that uses Internet to promote the learning of Arabic and understanding the other in Israel. To that end, the Institute of Asian and African Studies at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem initiated a digitization and updating of a very important Arabic-Hebrew dictionary published originally by Professor David Ayalon and Professor Pesach Shinar.
