Abstract:
This paper attempts to show how Michel Desjardins’ teaching methods helped his students to become interested in the courses that he taught, including translating the Gospel of John from Greek to English. Michel’s online course on Religion and Food will continue to enrich many students in their quest to learn about how food is so much a part of religious traditions.
