If being an apartheid state means committing

inhumane acts, systematic oppression and domination

by one racial group over another, then

Israel is guilty according to a recent United

Nations report. The findings have not been fully

backed by the UN leadership and do not set new

policies toward Israel. But they nonetheless reflect

another attempt to use a UN forum to denounce
