Abstract:
This paper was originally prepared for oral presentation at the Houston Church of Freethought - April 9, 2006, service. The HCOF members include humanists, atheists, agnostics, and other freethinkers.
The paper argues that compassion is consistent with Freethought and supplies some suggestions for bringing it to the fore in everyday life.
