Crop Husbandry Regimes

ID: 1529 - View Book Page - Edit In OJS

This study presents a new synthesis of ancient agriculture in northern England based on a large and completely new data set of charred seed assemblages from late prehistoric and Roman-period settlements, and sets them in their British and western European contexts. Written in straightforward and clear language, it is aimed at both non-specialist archaeologists and botanists.
