This volume offers brief and engaging introductions to research methods in linguistics in general. The first part focuses on the key concepts in research methods and the second part on different kinds of research output. Material is presented in the form of mini-lectures, with topics being discussed in a simple and reader-friendly way. The intended readers of the book include researchers and academics that work on general linguistics and language sciences or related areas as well as MA or doctoral students that have some basic knowledge about linguistics.
