This series focuses on new theory driven approaches to anthropological archaeology around the world. Scholars who contribute to the series come from diverse theoretical backgrounds that encompass the full range of theory - from processual to post-processual approaches. An underlying unifying theme is the exploration of how both natural and/or cultural environments influence the evolution, growth and collapse of human societies. To achieve these goals, contributions also highlight the application of new approaches in data acquisition, curation, analyses and dissemination.
